If you are not happy with your purchase you must notify returns@luxiefind.com within 14 days of receipt of your item. All our items come with a tamper proof tag and pictures are taken prior to shipment of the item. Once we receive the item in the same condition with tags intact we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
